Referral Program and Offer Terms Last Updated: 06/07/2023

Thank you for participating in the GlobalTravel.com Referral Program. To ensure a clear understanding of the terms and conditions, please read the following referral program terms and conditions, along with the specific offer terms corresponding to the invitation and referral link you use to invite your friends.

1. OFFER TERMS You must be an Active Member of the GlobalTravel.com Independent Travel Agent Program to participate in this program. For each eligible referral you make, you can receive up to $100 in a Commission bonus Credit ("Referral Bonus") plus any other bonuses or promotions we may make available to you through the Referral Program specific offers. An "eligible referral" refers to a referral where the referred individual signs up and pays a minimum of $199 in full for an Annual Silver, Gold, or Platinum Independent Travel Agent membership or makes 12 consecutive monthly payments of a monthly Silver, Gold, or Platinum Independent Travel Agent Membership, online through your personalized link provided by GlobalTravel.com. Referral Bonus and any other bonuses or promotions exclude any related cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.

2. PROGRAM TERMS 2.1 Eligibility: To earn a Referral Bonus, you must satisfy these Referral Offer and Program Terms, and your membership must not be canceled or past due on the date the Referral Bonus would post to your account and when you have qualified to earn the Referral Bonus.

2.2 Referral Bonuses: There is currently no limit to the amount of Referral Bonus rewards that can be earned on your account. However, we reserve the right to limit the amount at any point in time. Please allow 8-12 weeks for the Referral Bonus to post to your account after each referred individual has joined and made the required payment(s).

2.3 Combinability: This Program cannot be combined with other referral programs, affiliate programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits, or incentives. By participating in this Referral Program, we may restrict you from any other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers.

2.4 Tax Implications: The value of the Referral Bonus may be taxable. Please consult your tax advisor if you have any questions about the tax treatment of a Referral Bonus.

2.5 Program Restrictions:

• You cannot earn a Referral Bonus for referring individuals who currently have or had a membership in the last 12 months or who have been referred by someone else. In case two or more Members refer the same individual, we will credit the referring Member whose link was used first by the Referee to submit their personal information for Membership enrollment.

• This program is intended for you to invite only your personal friends, family, and known acquaintances to apply for a membership using the referral link and sharing tools provided by GlobalTravel.com. You may not share referrals with yourself.

• When referring your membership to a friend under the Program, any additional statements you make, which are not provided by Globaltravel.com and its affiliates, about our membership products or the Referral Offer, must:

  • Be consistent with the content and materials we provide you and/or your friends.

  • Be truthful, accurate, factually supported, and not misleading.

  • Reflect your honest beliefs, opinions, or experiences with your membership.

• Any modification or attempts to bypass, manipulate, obscure, or otherwise modify the delivery and accurate presentation of the referral link, sharing tools, content, disclosures, or other materials and instructions we provide will be considered a violation of these terms.

2.6 Friends, Families, and Acquaintances Only: Please refrain from publishing or distributing your referral links in locations where the audience is likely to include individuals you do not know or who may not be interested in the program. If you decide to post your referral link on any third-party website or platform, such as a social media website, you must:

• Comply with that third party's terms of use.

• Clearly indicate to those who view your post that you may earn a reward if they join the program. Please be aware that by engaging in such activity on a third-party site, you will be subjecting yourself, at your own risk, to the privacy, security, and consumer practices and policies of those third-party sites, which Globaltravel.com does not endorse or control.

2.7 Program Violations – Bonus Forfeiture, Termination: Any violation or abuse of this program may result in the forfeiture of the Referral Bonus and/or program participation ineligibility for the Member. Forfeiture of any Referral Bonus may occur at any time during the tenure of your Membership. Globaltravel.com reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke Referral or Welcome Bonuses if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms and conditions.

3. ADDITIONAL TERMS This program is subject to the privacy policy found at https://globaltravel.com/privacy-policy/ and the GlobalTravel.com membership terms and conditions found at https://globaltravel.com/terms/.

4. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS Globaltravel.com reserves the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, or modify this program, these terms and conditions, and/or any Offers made through this program at any time in our sole discretion. By continuing to access or participate in the program, you are deemed to be aware of and bound by such changes. We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the "Last Updated" date located above at the beginning of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease participation in the program.
